Do 75 Hard (and 75 Soft) with your people.

Privacy Policy

Last updated: June 29, 2026

Squad75 is a playful accountability app for the 75 Hard and 75 Soft challenges, built by Superfuture (a solo developer, Joey Primiani). We keep things simple, and we keep your data simple too. This policy explains exactly what the app does and does not collect.

The short version

  • Your challenge progress and your name are stored on your device, not on our servers.
  • There is no account and no custom backend in this version of the app.
  • Purchases are handled by Apple and managed through RevenueCat for receipt validation and subscription analytics.
  • We do not sell your data, show third-party ads, or track you across other apps and websites.

1. What we collect, and why

Stored on your device only

When you use Squad75, the app saves the following locally on your iPhone (using the device's standard app storage, UserDefaults):

This information never leaves your device through Squad75. We cannot see it. If you delete the app, this data is removed with it.

Note: the squad and social board shown in this version of the app is sample data for demonstration. It is not connected to a live server, and no friends' personal information is collected or transmitted.

Shared with Apple and RevenueCat for purchases

If you buy Squad75 Pro, the purchase itself is processed by Apple through the App Store. We use RevenueCat, a third-party purchases SDK, to validate your receipt and unlock the right features. To do this, RevenueCat receives:

This data is used only to process purchases, keep your Pro access in sync across your devices, and understand subscription performance in aggregate. It is not used to track you across other apps or websites, and it is not used for advertising.

2. Third parties

We rely on two trusted providers. Their handling of data is governed by their own privacy policies:

3. What we do not do

4. Data retention

Because your progress and name live on your device, they remain for as long as the app is installed and are deleted when you delete the app. Purchase records held by Apple and RevenueCat are retained according to their own policies for as long as needed to provide and validate your purchases and to meet legal and accounting requirements.

5. Children

Squad75 is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us information, please contact us and we will address it.

6. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, or delete your personal information. Since challenge data is stored locally, you can view and remove it directly in the app or by deleting the app. For anything held by our providers in connection with a purchase, email us and we will help, including passing along deletion requests to Apple or RevenueCat where applicable.

7. Changes to this policy

If we change how the app handles data, we will update this page and revise the "last updated" date above. Significant changes will be reflected in an app update.
