Terms of Service

Welcome to Squad75. These Terms of Service ("Terms") are a legal agreement between you and Superfuture ("we", "us", "our"), the maker of the Squad75 iOS app ("the App"). By downloading or using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

About this agreement

These are custom Terms for Squad75 and are not Apple's standard End User License Agreement (EULA). Where required, the App is also licensed to you under Apple's standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement, which you can read at apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula. If there is a conflict for App Store distribution, Apple's standard EULA applies to the extent it must.

We grant you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download and use the App on Apple devices that you own or control, for your own non-commercial use, in accordance with these Terms and the App Store Terms of Service.

Squad75 is a motivational and accountability tool for the 75 Hard and 75 Soft challenges. It is not medical, fitness, or health advice. You are responsible for your own choices. Consult a qualified professional before beginning any new diet or exercise program, and use common sense.

4. Subscriptions, purchases, and billing

The App is free to download and includes optional paid upgrades to Squad75 Pro, which unlocks unlimited squads, duels, and custom challenges. Pro is available as:

Prices are shown in the App and may vary by region and over time. Payment is charged to your Apple Account at confirmation of purchase.

Auto-renewal

Monthly and Yearly subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your Apple Account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the end of the current period at the then-current price for the selected plan.

Free trial

If you start the 7-day free trial on the Yearly plan, you will not be charged during the trial. Unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the trial ends, the trial automatically converts to a paid Yearly subscription and your Apple Account is charged $49.99. Any unused portion of a free trial is forfeited if you purchase a subscription before it ends.

Managing and canceling

You can manage or cancel subscriptions, and turn off auto-renew, in your Apple Account settings on your device (Settings › your name › Subscriptions). Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Refunds are handled by Apple under their policies; we generally cannot issue refunds directly. The Lifetime purchase is a one-time, non-recurring payment and does not renew.

5. Disclaimers

The App is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, merchantability, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any content or progress data will be preserved.

6. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Superfuture will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, profits, or goodwill, arising from your use of the App. Our total liability for any claim relating to the App will not exceed the amount you paid us for the App in the 12 months before the claim.

7. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "last updated" date above. Your continued use of the App after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.

8. Governing law
