Frequently asked questions
How does the challenge work?
Squad75 helps you run the 75 Hard or 75 Soft challenge: 75 days of daily tasks (like workouts, water, reading, and sticking to a plan). Each day you check off your tasks in the app to keep your streak alive. Finish all 75 days in a row and you have completed the challenge.
How do streaks and restarts work?
Your streak counts the consecutive days you complete every required task. The 75 Hard rules are strict: if you miss a task on any day, the challenge restarts from Day 1. Squad75 makes the restart a single tap, and your history stays so you can see how far you got and try again stronger.
How do I invite a squad?
Open the Squad tab and tap to invite. You can rally friends and family to take on the challenge together and cheer each other on. Unlimited squads and head-to-head duels are part of Squad75 Pro.
What is Squad75 Pro?
Pro unlocks unlimited squads, duels, and custom challenges. It is available monthly ($7.99), yearly ($49.99 with a 7-day free trial), or as a one-time Lifetime purchase ($79.99). You can pick whichever fits you best on the Pro screen in the app.
How do I restore my purchase?
If you reinstalled the app or got a new device, open the Pro screen and tap Restore Purchases. As long as you are signed in with the same Apple Account you bought with, your Pro access will come right back.
How do I cancel my subscription?
Subscriptions are managed by Apple. On your iPhone, go to Settings › your name › Subscriptions, tap Squad75, and choose Cancel Subscription. Cancel at least 24 hours before your renewal date to avoid the next charge. The Lifetime purchase is one-time and never renews, so there is nothing to cancel.
Is my data private?
Yes. Your progress and name are stored on your device, and we do not run ads or track you across other apps. See our Privacy Policy for the full details.
I found a bug or have an idea.
